The maximum duration of the work exists, but may be adjusted after prior contact depending on my condition
You can get a full refund before the sketch, but you can't get a refund once the sketch is completed.
Reservations are paid in advance (you can pay 50% when you make a reservation, 50% after I give you a sketch)
There may be a change in the date depending on my condition.
